Griswold Sponsors the Fourth Annual Hedge Fund Regatta in New York Harbor

On July 12, 2007, Griswold is hosting the Fourth Annual Hedge Fund Regatta in New York Harbor. TJ Dalton, a Griswold broker and sailing enthusiast, founded the event in 2003. Griswold Welcomes JP Dalton & Associates

Griswold welcomed and integrated the firm of JP Dalton & Associates in February 2007. In 1988, James Dalton founded the company as an independent broker and later, his two sons, Thomas and Luke, joined their father on the floor. Additionally, Griswold welcomed Craig Seligman and Michael Romano as part of the merger. JP Dalton & Associates brings over 60 years combined experience to Griswold and its customers. Griswold Announces New Management

January 2007: Peter Low is named Griswold`s Chief Executive Officer. Peter began his career as an Independent Broker and spent over 40 years on the floor of the NYSE. In 1999, he joined Griswold as a Managing Director and Account Executive.

In addition, Sean Trager has been named Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Sean has spent the last 7 years as Griswold`s Director of Operations
