Using these devices our brokers can receive orders, transmit the reports directly to the customer and engage in dialogue with the client. We ensure that our clients gain all the benefits of straight through processing.

Professionals on Griswold's Agency trading desk use electronic order management systems with smart order routing capabilities. They provide clients with immediate access to multiple and varied pools of liquidity. In a quest to seek out the best execution for its customers, Griswold may execute orders on different exchanges and ECNs.

Our Location on the Floor

Griswold is located in booth O in the Main Room of the NYSE. From this booth, information is relayed directly to our floor brokers via handheld devices for expedient order execution. Our brokers are in constant contact electronically with the booth ensuring that customers are informed with the most up-to-date information on their orders. We have brokers strategically located covering all areas of the Exchange Floor.

Electronic Market Looks

Griswold provides its customers with access to web-based, electronic market looks. They enable traders to request and receive real-time market information from our NYSE Floor Brokers standing in the crowd. With electronic market looks, traders benefit from unfiltered information delivered right to their desktops from the point of sale.

Electronic Order Routing

Griswold also supports Electronic Order Routing from most Order Management Systems (OMS). They enable traders to send orders directly to either our floor brokers, or to our Agency NASDAQ desk. We are connected to the major FIX order routing networks including Bloomberg, Macgregor, AutEx / TradeRoute, TradeWare, NYFIX and TNS. With electronic order routing, traders benefit from seamless and efficient connectivity to Griswold right from their existing systems.
